FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
Hal Simpson is a senior real estate executive with over 25 years’ experience and proven track record leading acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio and asset management and investor relations. Prior to founding City Design,Mr Simpson was Senior Vice President for Kimco Realty Corporation, a New York based real estate investment trust and North America’s largest publicly traded owner and operator of open-air shopping centers.
Prior to his 17-year career with Kimco, Mr. Simpson was Vice President, Real Estate Investment Management, for J.P. Morgan and an audit and consulting professional with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Simpson holds a BA degree from State University of New York at Old Westbury and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the US. He is a board member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
